How We Handle Traffic Tickets

  1. Request a Free Estimate to give us the necessary information about your traffic violation. There may be additional information needed later.
  2. We will then email you a quote within Four Hours from 7a - 10p during the week and within 24 hours on the weekends.
  3. You decide if you'd like to retain us to help you with your speeding ticket. If so, we will send you an invoice that you can pay online or via a check. We will also gather any additional information at this point.
  4. You decide whether to plead the case or have a trial. We will inform you of the consequences and possible outcomes of each.
  5. We arrange the court date, if not already set, and alert the court that we will be representing you. We often can get your ticket taken care of within a week as the court allows us to move court dates to accommodate multiple clients at once. You will always be made aware of the expected court date for your violation.
  6. In most cases, you will not have to appear. We will appear for you and negotiate a deal with the prosecutor. I will then appear before the judge and pay the fine and send you the court receipt through e-mail or regular mail.
