The Missouri Highway Patrol issues the largest number of speeding tickets in the State of Missouri – 108,000 last year.   MHP will issue you the ticket along with information about the Fine Collection Center. Most counties in Missouri participate in the Fine Collection Center and you can find more information about it here (http://www.courts.mo.gov/page.asp?id=1886).

A Missouri Highway Patrol ticket can be the most burdensome for many speeders. It may be in a location far from home and a troublesome process.

The court fines for a MHP ticket will range from $150 to $300 depending on the jurisdiction.  My fee is usually $125 but it depends on the County.
